02/10/2026: We've ordered several times before without any problems. This time, the pizza was really overcooked, the egg was overcooked, there was way too much tomato sauce and hardly any cheese, so the flavor was quite strong. Very disappointed, unfortunately.

23/09/2026: Pizzeria du Moulin was my favorite pizzeria in Coulommiers for a long time. I no longer live there, and during a visit, I wanted to take the opportunity to try the Savoyard pizza I loved so much! Well, it's no longer there... and neither is the quality it used to be... the restaurant's atmosphere isn't great, but the most disappointing thing is the food. The crust is too thick (a matter of taste), but above all, it's not very good, and the ingredients are poor quality (you know that industrial mozzarella that turns brown when cooked, while real mozzarella can't? Well, that's the "cheese" they use). As for drinks, Pizzeria du Moulin is your slimming partner! At €5.10 for a Coke, you don't order one, and poof: diet. That said, it's €5.10 for a small bottle of Perrier too... that's more expensive than at Disney (€4.20), which I already thought was outrageous. Very disappointed...

20/10/2026: Aggressive Service — We Went Elsewhere I came for lunch with a friend on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at noon, and the experience was deplorable. Hasty and Unwelcoming: We were seated without a word, and the waitress immediately pounced on us to take our order without giving us the menu or time to choose. She left right away, and we called her back to at least order a drink. Aggressive Attitude: When we asked for a Virgin Mojito, she was very curt, claiming it wasn't "in season." When we simply asked what cocktails were currently available, since there are four seasons, her reaction was extremely unpleasant and dismissive. Failure to Respect Hygiene Rules: In the dining room and when serving bread, hair must be tied back to prevent it from ending up in customers' plates. Faced with such aggression and unprofessionalism, we preferred to leave and eat elsewhere. This establishment should be avoided. Easy response, dear Sylvain I understand that you are defending your staff But your response does not reflect our experience.

01/07/2026: Honestly, paying almost €14 for this... pizza of the day with Boursin cheese... hard crust, rubbery toppings... frankly mediocre, and at that price I'd go to a real pizzeria... pizza kiosk is finished for me ☹️
