Simply the best ramen I've ever had. The broth is incredible and very flavorful. The gyozas are also delicious and homemade, with a crispy crust, thin wrappers, and a soft filling. I've been a regular at this restaurant since I arrived in Lyon 10 years ago. I highly recommend it!

Food was delicious and the Lady was very friendly, unfortunately the gentleman in the kitchen who I can only assume was her husband was quite disrespectful…do better!

This ramen shop is run by a Japanese woman and cooked by a French man. I ordered Zhajiang noodles, but the taste was a little strange. Perhaps they've adapted it for French tastes? The minced meat tasted and smelled like it's been stir-fried in wine, and it was topped with chopped pickled ginger. The thick soup had a subtle curry-like spice to it, making for a slightly mysterious flavor. I think the char siu noodles would have been better. The noodles themselves were as good as they boasted. The gyoza that came with the set were crispy and delicious.

Excellent ramen, great broth, generous portions, fast service. The homemade dessert (green tea and red bean tiramisu) was excellent, not too sweet and very light!

I came with friends who introduced me to this place; they'd already been three or four times, and I can see why. It's very well located, just steps from the Charpennes metro station. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it's a family-run restaurant. The dining room has tables, a counter, and an open kitchen. There's a friendly couple in the kitchen and a younger girl (their daughter?) serving. It reminds me of my childhood (the same is true for almost all Asian families, lol). The decor is pleasant, and the dining room is quite spacious. It's truly the perfect place to spend a relaxed time chatting with friends or a partner. It's busy, which is usually a good sign. For my meal, I ordered Chashu-men, a ramen with slices of pork. The broth is delicious, and the meat is so tender it practically falls apart when I pick it up with my chopsticks—truly incredibly tender, a real treat. For dessert, I was recommended the yuzu cheesecake, and it was absolutely divine. I think I'd be willing to come back just for that cheesecake, it was so delicious! It's addictive!

I highly recommend it; the ramen is generously topped and the broth is excellent. We came back twice because we loved it. For me, it's the best ramen in Lyon.
