Sushi to go. A delight! Very pleasant staff. I recommend.

Everything was good no digestion problems the children also loved it we made an order for 64eur for 2 adults and 2 children and we ate really well I think it's pretty decent

Good value for money, original creations like the crispy roll covered with wasabi chips. The platter we took was perhaps a little lacking in the great classic but remained very generous.

Chirashi eel, and assortment prepared very carefully, tasty, well done to the chef😉. Thank you for the fast and pleasant service. We will come back.

Meilleurs sushis d’Aix les bains !!

Once again good sushi but not incredible. When we ate it in Japan, France is not up to par. The service at the cash register is perfect, the taste of the fish was correct (for certain) but the presentation of the sushi is not worthy, let me explain: The size of the sushi is way too big, (a sushi must be eaten in one bite) the pile of rice under the fish is indecent. Sometimes the tuna is cut incorrectly (the “stripes” of the tuna must be diagonal so that when you bite into it, it comes off on its own. (It’s not good for a sushi master to learn how to cut fish for 10 years) The sea bream was cut like this, why not the tuna? The rice was poorly vinegared, too little taste. And the worst for me was the unagi… One word: rubbery (and way too big, once again bad cut) the skin was absolutely not grilled and bathed in the sauce. At the price of the eel you have to do this well please. You want good sushi, go to Yohan towards Chambéry: 783 RN 6 in St Joire-prieuré (he learned in Japan from sushi masters, worked in St Barth for the biggest stars and he knows his subject) Real amateurs will know how to make the difference 😉. Ps: this comment is for constructive purposes (I hope so)
