A little far from the crowds of Saint Lazare and the department stores, this tiny restaurant is worth the detour for these great onigiri, fresh and cooked to perfection.
Two onirigi, €8 in total. It's not bad, you shouldn't expect great authenticity but rather a reinterpretation of onigiri. Disappointed that they were not wrapped in nori seaweed, also I found the rice undercooked, closer to crunchy than melting. I preferred the chicken one to the leek one.
Decent onigris, with a good garnish/rice balance. On the other hand, I found them bland, both in the seasoning of the rice and the garnish. They were lukewarm considering the heat.
The tables had not been washed, consumption on site is not desirable in these conditions.
The service, however, is very friendly and smiling.
