Great discovery while passing through Grenoble, the atmosphere and welcome are warm, and the cuisine is very comforting :P I loved the poutine, the brown sauce was just right, especially not too salty as you can sometimes find. (Besides, brown sauce with vegetable broth, so the poutine is accessible to vegetarian friends!) Everything is homemade, and the kitchen is open in the middle of the restaurant if we want to go and check it out for ourselves! The boss showed us how he cuts his salmon into fillets, it was fantastic. He's passionate about running the restaurant, you can see it and you can hear it, it was a real pleasure to talk with him.

I had a great birthday evening there with extra beer offered by the manager! They know how to receive and put at ease. Congratulations to the waitresses and cooks because I believe this is the best poutine I have ever eaten. I still dream about it XD
