O'Paille en Queue sur Saint-Laurent-De-Mure

We used this Réunion Island restaurant to organize a company meal for a retirement party, and everything was absolutely perfect. The delivery was punctual and meticulous. We enjoyed a superb sausage rougail accompanied by delicious accras. The quality of the dishes was exceptional, generous, and authentic, with more than enough portions for everyone. The chef came to our location to set up the food on professional chafing dishes that worked perfectly, which greatly contributed to the comfort and success of the meal. Thanks to this high-quality service, we had a wonderful, friendly, and warm day. A big thank you for your professionalism and expertise. We highly recommend them!

The setting is fine, no complaints there. The food is good and the ingredients are of good quality. The presentation of the dishes is refined. My only complaint is about the planter's punch; I couldn't smell or taste the rum at all, it was more like fruit juice. The service was really poor, the waitress was cold from beginning to end. A shame.

The meal was good. But fairly quick and not very welcoming. Maybe we just had a bad night. At 11 p.m., everyone was outside, lights out... Similarly, I was quite disappointed with the cocktails. We had a punch: let's say white rum with orange juice, period. Even my Portuguese friend found it bland. I thought it was a bit expensive. Besides, a good, well-cooked fish curry. But all in all, it was missing a few iconic Reunion Island dishes, and I found it a bit expensive.
