🍴 Ô P'tit Zinc is a charming bistro located in the Marché des Carmes, but be careful, sensitive souls, refrain! The place attracts crowds, the service is reduced and gloves are not taken with customers unhappy with a wait without support. Here, we cultivate cash the Aveyron style and if we're not happy, it's the same! On the plate side, everything is fresh and homemade. We find the basics of a bistro as a starter (eggs with their creamy mayonnaise, herring or pâté...). The appetizer gives way to dishes such as gourmet salads or even meats like this good Aveyron burger which will satisfy all hungers. More traditional recipes are also offered such as aligot saucice or tripoux, or even andouillette. The desserts (banoffe, rice pudding, etc.) are incredible and end the meal on a delicate, gourmet note! In the dining room or on the terrace (reservations strongly recommended for the latter), we appreciate this little bubble in the beautiful Carmes district. However, it is difficult to appreciate the relaxation when you witness the quartering of undernumbered personnel... but we come back to it with pleasure!

Small restaurant located in the market, but access and the terrace are exterior. Short menu, but everything we tried was very good, and special mention to the Aligot, that was perfect. We were with two children and was well received and the waitress was very nice adapting the hamburguer to them.

I really recommend the little zinc. The server is very nice and full of humor. Plus the morning coffee and homemade hot chocolate are to die for. Great atmosphere, thank you very much sir!
