You can order pizza without any problem, 20/20, even the service is very friendly, however the other dishes are average

Last-minute phone booking for two people was no problem 😉 plus we got a table on the terrace 👍 Quick and efficient welcome... impeccable service from the waitress 🤗 Happy holidays to the whole team 😊

We have mixed feelings about last night's meal, even though we're regulars, either dining in (always with a reservation) or ordering takeout. 1) Are you rationing the pretzels? We won't be getting a second helping... 2) We ate at staggered times, and two out of four courses arrived when we were almost finished. 3) The bottle of Lambrusco we ordered arrived at the end of the meal; we exchanged it for a half-bottle, which is understandable... 4) A quarter-bottle of wine is €8, a half-bottle is €16 😶‍🌫️, and a bottle is €19... so we just bought the bottle right away. Best of luck.

The meal was good, however, waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is still quite long, even if the food itself was good, it has to be said.

02/07/2026: Our first time at this wonderful restaurant in Ensheim. The staff were friendly, and the traditional dishes were excellent. We had a lovely time. Thank you to our friends Francine and Richard for introducing us to this place. We will definitely recommend it. Chantal and Maurice

23/08/2026: The hamburger was specifically ordered with a spicy sauce. The veal escalope was repeatedly ordered well-cooked, not pink, but it was served pink because the chef thought it should be eaten pink! As a result, we ate at different times. The restaurant manager didn't even bother to come to our table after we paid €245 for five people. He didn't even offer us anything. He was too busy counting his till to check if his figures were correct! It's a shame these big chains don't listen...
23/08/2026: For a first time, it was very good. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be back.
