Orinoco sur Paris

We stayed at Le Méridien Etoile and overall had a good experience. The hotel’s location is very central, and it is about a 20-minute walk to the Champs-Élysées. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, especially for walking around with a child. The hotel has a very large room capacity, and during our stay it was quite crowded because it was hosting a symposium. Despite the crowd, the staff still tried to be helpful and supportive whenever there was an issue. The only downside for us was that the rooms felt a little cold compared to the temperature we are used to. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location close to public transportation. Rooms are very very dated and need to be updated. Staff was nice, breakfast was good. Hotel lobby area is nice.

The man outside, Kai was very sweet. The beds however need to be turned and the air conditioner needs to be serviced.

The bartenders are very, especially Clara, service was very nice!! Will visit again.

The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect, close to the main tourist attractions. The atmosphere at the hotel's Luna Bar was great, the cocktails were excellent, the decor was tasteful, the music was good and the atmosphere was friendly. It was an ideal place to relax in the evening.

Pleasantly surprised. Reviews were so bad I thought it would be a terrible experience, but everyone was friendly and I had no issues at all. I did use my NUA and was upgraded to renovated 1 bedroom suite, but even the regular rooms were nicely renovated and nice. Breakfast was crowded but nothing crazy. Food was really good. Staff was friendly. Maybe they are trying to change will all the bad reviews. And since lounge was being renovated they give $20 credit per day. Overall pretty happy and no complaints. I'm Titanium if that matters.

Kela is very kind, very professional, and he brings a smile to everyone's face. He is the symbol of the hotel.

Very nice stay, proximity to good restaurants and shopping. Baptiste at front desk was very friendly and helpful.
