Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Kela especially was so kind and helpful! Definitely hope to return again :)

Here for a 130 member conference, service from the bar staff and bellman Kela was very friendly. Our room temperature for the entire 6 night stay was incredibly hot, the front desk only provided a small fan but it just circulated the hot air thru out the room. Housekeeping often did not replace towels they’d taken away nor refill shower toiletries.

It is still under construction and updating. The concierge lounge is still closed, the renovated rooms are nice but the mattress is so firm we both had back issues most our stay. Good water pressure. Nice gym with a view. No real perks for being platinum. This was my 50th birthday and was hoping it would feel a little special but instead we were woken up to the walls in the hall being sanded. They have cool robots rolling about in the dining room and a nice selection for breakfast, the upstairs vacuum robots smell pretty badly by the elevators of you're wondering what the smell is. Our room was well appointed but wed thought it was supposed to have a desk...no desk so work was challenging. It took 3 trips to the desk and 4 days to get the safe working. The nespreso was nice to have. The location is great and we liked the restaurants near by (the hotel was hopeless but maybe now it is better) and Epic grocery across the street os fantastic

Excellent location, very comfortable hotel.

Real the doorman was very helpful. Location and value wise Le Meridien is good value as the trains are close to access Paris. I’m very familiar with the 17th which is why I chose it. Even the restaurant food was quite good ( I rarely eat in the hotel other than breakfast). Disappointingly. The WiFi was intermittent in the 8th floor, necessitating multiple resets and multiple visits to the front desk. Having spent more than 1000 nights at Marriott hotels, I’m not sure the staff fully grasped the issue gave any thought to a solution. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and responsive. Check in was very easy and I’m sorry o forgot the woman’s name

Had a great experience. All employees were very friendly and courtious. Fandra went out of her way to check us in since we arrived super early. Also MILO went out of his way to walk me on the phone to book my bus ticket since I was not able to understand. Restaurant had great food and great service from all. Thank you for a memorable trip!❤️

Great hotel easy for a quick stop in Paris before heading onward. Kela was especially attentive and provided great service.

Quite Impressed with the services of Le Meridian especially staff like Deepa were beyond excellence in providing her services. As an example I was allergic to egg where she helped me in doing te special arrangement for my breakfast.

Stayed in Le meridian hotel during my visit in Paris. It is in central city and all the attractions are in walking distance. I must highlight, morning breakfast was good and staff service were good and One staff ( Deepa) was excellent as my friend had lot of consideration for the food.

Location gives you access to the metro n RER. Nice staff esp at concierge Kela very proactive in helping me w bags n getting taxi as the check out line was long and slow. Rooms are comfortable but bed a bit saggy and housekeeping can be a hit n miss eg. no creamer for coffee on a few nights n placing a used floor mat on my bath towel. Water machine plus a communal microwave is a good touch. Lots of communal space in the lobby which is good for groups. Pro tip: There is a massive 24hrs French pharmacy at excellent prices across the road underground in the conference center for all the fab French skincare.
