Today, I want to sincerely thank the Nespresso boutique team for their incredibly warm welcome, their kindness, and their remarkable helpfulness. When I desperately needed a cardboard box, you didn't hesitate to offer me one with a smile. This simple gesture helped me enormously (after an hour of searching downtown) and reminded me that there are still people who take the time to help others, without expecting anything in return. A truly wonderful experience at Nespresso! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I started with a coffee tasting with a particularly cheerful, welcoming, and attentive young consultant. Her advice was spot-on, and the conversation was very pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of chatting over coffee with a gentleman who was there. This added a very convivial dimension to my visit and demonstrates just how pleasant the atmosphere is at Nespresso. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable and where you can meet interesting people. My experience continued with Claire when I purchased my capsules. She was extremely friendly, smiling, and professional. I also had the opportunity to speak with another young consultant who was just as pleasant and helpful. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, helpfulness, and good humor. More than just a shop, it's a truly relaxing experience where you feel listened to and valued.
