The welcome is extended by a charming, smiling, and friendly owner, as is his wife, who is usually seen towards the end of the meal. The cuisine is excellent and transports you to Japan with every bite. The menu is varied enough that every customer will find a dish to their liking. Finally, the service is both efficient and friendly. A thoughtful touch is offered to each customer before they leave: a basket of treats that delights both children and adults.

This is the best Japanese restaurant in Metz! Everything is incredibly delicious and super fresh! The staff is absolutely lovely, and the little touch of a basket of sweets to finish the meal is just too cute! 🥰

15/02/2026: We had a lovely Valentine's Day evening at this sushi restaurant ❤️ What particularly struck us was the attention to detail in the decor: heart-shaped balloons, a balloon rose on each table, hearts scattered throughout the restaurant, and even a small table with cards for writing messages. We could really feel that they had made a genuine effort to please their customers and create a romantic atmosphere. As for the food, the sushi was excellent: very fresh fish, high-quality ingredients, and delicious flavors. The service was just as pleasant: smiling, kind, and attentive staff. A place we highly recommend, especially for a special occasion 💕
11/02/2026: While passing through Metz, Alexandre invited me to this Japanese restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised, as the flavors reminded me so much of Kyoto, and more specifically, those of the Guiloguilo restaurant, run by Chef Eda. I highly recommend it. Friendly welcome, very professional chefs. Bravo and Itadakimas! 🤭
