Henry IV would be proud! He died for France 416 years ago, and you honor him by offering a typically French dish today. Although the lack of a commemorative plaque is disappointing, and there isn't a "Henry IV special" taco, your dishes are excellent. Generous with the meat, you've found the perfect balance between the fries and the cheese. The cooking is perfect. The neighborhood is charming. I highly recommend this restaurant; nothing else in the area surpasses it.
