Average value for money, burger sauce not great, we ordered 4 medium tacos, don't forget to tell customers that drinks are extra, damaged stair treads, lots of wear and tear, toilets need a complete overhaul, nothing was working, renovate the place for a little while and the customers will thank you

5 stars for Charles at the register, a very welcoming, pleasant, and smiling person—a real gem of a guy. Please give him a raise. However, the taco was very dry and lacked cheese sauce.

3 stars because it's O'Tacos, but honestly, the XL is really small, disappointing. Even the M is smaller than what I usually wear. What a shame.

12/12/2025: I love this place; it's comfortable, and the food is good, even if the sandwiches aren't very generous or large—I think they'd benefit from making bigger paninis. The iced teas are delicious, and they often have new coffee recipes. The loyalty card is a nice little bonus with small gifts that make you want to come back!
01/12/2025: A very good coffee shop from the Columbus chain. The service is very well organized; several orders are taken simultaneously by the staff, who are very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. And the chai latte, the seasonal cinnamon version of which was recommended to me by one of the servers, was excellent. Thank you again for your hospitality :)
