Following my unfortunate experience, a complaint has been filed so that the authorities can access the CCTV footage.
I am now letting the process run its course.
I simply hope that the recordings will be kept for the necessary period.

3 stars because it's O'Tacos, but honestly, the XL is really small, I'm disappointed. Even the M is smaller than what I usually wear, which is a shame.

Average value for money, burger sauce not great, we ordered 4 medium tacos, don't forget to tell customers that drinks are extra, damaged stair treads, lots of wear and tear, toilets need a complete overhaul, nothing was working, renovate the place for a little while and the customers will thank you

5 stars for Charles at the register, a very welcoming, pleasant, and smiling person—a real gem of a guy. Please give him a raise.
However, the taco was very dry and lacked cheese sauce.
