I don't know why everyone else had a bad experience. For me, everything was fine. The restaurant was clean, there's plenty of space, even upstairs, for several people to eat in. Yes, the service wasn't the most welcoming, but as long as you get your order... I ordered takeout, and although they forgot a sauce and I had to tell them to close my bag, the order was fine. It wasn't the best taco I've ever had, but it was okay.

Questionable hygiene during the preparation of the tacos. The service was adequate, but of this chain, this isn't the place I would recommend for a meal.

06/05/2026: Ordering went very smoothly; the staff was friendly and welcoming. I came to eat with someone who had already finished their sandwich before mine even arrived, so the wait was still quite long for it to be cooked. I ordered the Hot Chicken: the sandwich was good overall, the ingredients had flavor, but there was an excessive amount of mustard. It really overpowered the flavors of the chicken and cheese, which is a bit of a shame. So I'm a little disappointed about that, but otherwise the sandwich was good.
27/04/2026: Pleasant welcome and service, diverse choices for a family snack, cheerful staff, a special mention to Lydia who is very smiley!
