The tables are dirty, the chairs too, and the toilets are a disgrace—no grab bar, the hand dryer doesn't work, a real pigsty! Plus, only one toilet for an establishment this size—it's pathetic. I won't be back. 😡

Hello, I just got a chicken salad 🥗 and to my surprise, upon opening it, there was very little chicken, a lot, maybe too much salad, 3 pieces of bread that are just sitting there and serve no purpose, and grated Gruyère cheese – I wonder what it's doing there too. I think they took me for a snail 🐌 and, moreover, working nearby in the area (Leroy Merlin), it bothers me a bit.

Ordering went very smoothly; the staff was friendly and welcoming.
I came to eat with someone who had already finished their sandwich before mine even arrived, so the wait was still quite long for it to be cooked.
I ordered the Hot Chicken: the sandwich was good overall, the ingredients had flavor, but there was an excessive amount of mustard. It really overpowered the flavors of the chicken and cheese, which is a bit of a shame.
So I'm a little disappointed about that, but otherwise the sandwich was good.

À little stop after a long way to the shopping mall. The selection was quiet big and looked delicious. We ordered two cappuccino and two sweet pastries along with it. The cappuccino unfortunately was more milk than anything else, the pastries tasted good. That wouldn't have been the problem and would have been worth 3,5-4 stars but the restroom was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a while. If you offer a place like that you should make sure it's clean.
But as always... try it yourself

A very warm welcome and excellent service.
The coconut flan was fine.
The raclette burger was excellent.
However, some of the furniture needs updating; some seats are worn and show signs of wear.
Table cleaning isn't consistent, which is a crucial point.
