We went to O’Tacos this Sunday, September 13th, around 3:30 PM.
It was a real shame to be greeted like that. A rather unpleasant man with glasses.
We asked a simple question, and he didn't look us in the eye, no thank you, no "conversation."
Fortunately, a young man with dark hair, a goatee/mustache, and blue eyes was there to greet customers in a very professional and friendly manner. He also seemed to be the only one working.
I work in retail myself, and I understand that there are off days, but honestly, the least one could do is be polite!
3 stars for the young man only!

The service took a very long time, and there was an error in the order. An extra kiosk would be great.
The filling wasn't very generous in my opinion; I've had bigger ones (tacos).
The place is nice.

Rather disappointed by the wait and the overall service. Once again, they were short of ingredients for the tacos, including the merguez sausage. The taste wasn't up to par, and we had to wait 20 minutes despite pre-ordering online. In short, not great...

Thank you to the gentleman at the counter for his kindness! (Brown hair with blonde highlights) A welcome like that makes you want to come back!
I come to O'Tacos for its vegetarian options and I'm very satisfied!
The churros are also very good.
The room with the slightly dimmer lighting is great; it creates a more relaxing atmosphere, something you rarely find.
