I've been in Toulouse for 6 months... I had a set menu yesterday... 17 euros... there were two of us... the staff are amazing... hats off to them... I even recommended it to my brother in Valenciennes 🤣❤️☝️🙏💪

Honestly, a fantastic experience at O Tokyo!
The staff is absolutely lovely, always smiling and welcoming, it's truly delightful. You can tell they're humble and take the time to connect with customers, which is rare these days.
The food is delicious and prepared with care. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive; the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
I recommend it 100%, and I'll definitely be back.

I placed a takeout order by phone and asked for the address to make sure I was ordering from the right place, but the woman on the phone told me, "Just look it up online." She was very rude during the phone conversation.
The food was very good, but please be more courteous and respectful to your customers.

Don't pay attention to negative reviews like, "I've always been delighted, but today something went wrong." Leaving a review when everything is perfect is something we don't think about. But when there's a problem once in thirty times, we rush to complain, even if it jeopardizes the restaurant's reputation.
In short, let's be compassionate towards the people who have been delighting us for years and who handle our orders with incredible speed, despite their hectic pace. 👍 The meat, salmon, and avocados are extra fresh. Everything is delicious, especially when it's still hot!
