A magnificent place. My mouth was already watering just reading the menu, and I wasn't disappointed: melting foie gras, stewed baby red onions, perfectly seasoned! Then the lamb shank... a truly melting delight, served with homemade fries. For dessert, a very good crème brûlée. I loved the place and the staff (thank you, Karine!). Thank you, Monsieur Archimbaud, for this moment of pure pleasure. I want to point out (having been to several Michelin-starred restaurants in my life) that the price/quality ratio is impeccable!
