We had a wonderful time on the terrace! 😊 A very warm welcome, quick and efficient service, and above all, delicious food. Everything was perfect for a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back!

We had a good meal at Toto's Rouen. Simple and quite tasty dishes, but above all, reasonably priced. When we ordered a Pepsi, we expected a small bottle, but we only received a glass (this should be specified on the menu). Otherwise, the chicken burger was very good, but the chicken was a little overcooked. However, I must thank you for the fries, which were EXCELLENT.

I went to eat at Toto's this evening, September 8th, 2026, with a friend. It's a very good restaurant with affordable prices and, above all, a quality menu! I loved the chicken tenders with their homemade breading! We had a drink, a starter, and a main course for €24! Excellent value for money. I left feeling very full and thoroughly enjoyed my meal! The atmosphere is great, and the staff is smiling, pleasant, and friendly! I highly recommend eating there; I'll definitely be back ;)

Great restaurant on the quays of Rouen, right bank. Whether you choose the terrace or inside, the setting is fantastic and the servers are friendly! The menu isn't extensive, which allows for carefully prepared, high-quality cuisine. 👌🏻

17/06/2026: Good basic B&B with air-conditioning, good WiFi, and tasty breakfast included. Has a bar that also serves pizza in the evening. Other restaurants and a Carrefour nearby. Only concern was a lack of tea and coffee but found out later this was an extra cost option. Very pleased and will definitely consider chain for future French visits.
04/06/2026: I've booked at this B&B several times and honestly, I've never had any problems. The rooms are very nice and clean (they just need a small bin in the room because the one in the bathroom isn't big enough), the staff are always very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well located. No problems at all 🤗

08/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the dishes and menus are absolutely amazing. One of the best restaurants in Rouen.
06/09/2026: The cuisine was refined and delicious. The service was top-notch and very professional; we had a wonderful time. One small drawback (beyond their control): the bars next door are noisy.
