We had a wonderful time on the terrace! 😊 A very warm welcome, quick and efficient service, and above all, delicious food. Everything was perfect for a pleasant experience. We'll definitely be back!

We had a good meal at Toto's Rouen. Simple and quite tasty dishes, but above all, reasonably priced. When we ordered a Pepsi, we expected a small bottle, but we only received a glass (this should be specified on the menu). Otherwise, the chicken burger was very good, but the chicken was a little overcooked. However, I must thank you for the fries, which were EXCELLENT.

I went to eat at Toto's this evening, September 8th, 2026, with a friend. It's a very good restaurant with affordable prices and, above all, a quality menu! I loved the chicken tenders with their homemade breading!
We had a drink, a starter, and a main course for €24! Excellent value for money. I left feeling very full and thoroughly enjoyed my meal!
The atmosphere is great, and the staff is smiling, pleasant, and friendly! I highly recommend eating there; I'll definitely be back ;)

Good value for money. Very tasty American-style pizza. Very professional waiter. Excellent family lunch with a great view of the Seine.

Great restaurant on the quays of Rouen, right bank. Whether you choose the terrace or inside, the setting is fantastic and the servers are friendly! The menu isn't extensive, which allows for carefully prepared, high-quality cuisine. 👌🏻

Nice place, beautiful decor, and excellent service.
We came from the Somme region and were looking for a place to have a drink, so we were very satisfied.

Very good service, good food, and well-presented dishes. A little more music would have been nice, I think.
