A delightful discovery on the banks of the Seine in the charming village of La Bouille. A lovely, elegant setting with beautiful white tablecloths, an atmosphere of almost old-fashioned charm, and above all, delicious food. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the ingredients fresh, and the staff delightful. A wonderful family outing.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but this meal truly deserves it. The appetizer, the main course, and the dessert... it was all simply excellent. The melt-in-your-mouth meat and the homemade fries were a wonderful discovery! The service was equally efficient. I found the price remarkably low considering the quality of the menu and the ingredients! We'll be back soon.

Under new ownership for the past six years, the restaurant now offers high-quality dishes and generous portions. I mention this because I had heard negative things about it, but those reviews predated the new owner's arrival. It was the Google reviews that convinced me to make a reservation. I was seated on the terrace, overlooking the Seine, with a stunning view. I highly recommend it; reservations are recommended.

A very pleasant discovery yesterday in La Bouille. The food was truly excellent, a type of cuisine that's hard to find these days, made with quality ingredients and expertly prepared by a skilled chef who clearly knows his craft. The owner is friendly and welcoming. There was a slight hiccup with the service at the beginning, but it was quickly rectified, which was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.
