⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently dined at Au Vésuvio restaurant and I highly recommend it! The welcome was very warm, the staff were truly friendly and attentive to our needs. The meal was simply excellent, with flavorful dishes that delighted our taste buds. The atmosphere was pleasant and perfect for a relaxing time. An experience not to be missed, I will definitely be back!

Four pizzas ordered for takeout last night:
Positano OK
Pistachio: disappointed because it lacked flavor; not enough pistachio topping and the bottom was burnt
Calzone: burnt on top and no egg yolk to be found
Burrata: okay but too much arugula
In short, a disappointment this time
I went back again yesterday for a ‘four seasons’, my favorite pizza. The dough is great and all the flavors of the ingredients are well balanced, one of the best pizzas in this part of Essonne.
