Pacific Eiffel sur Paris

THE BEST eiffel tower view in paris, the food was delicious. The hostess was very very nice, i believe her name was Zineb. She received us with a big smile and explained everything. I was there with my partner few days ago and everything was perfect.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel as an extension of our Viking River cruise. All of the staff are gracious and very helpful. We especially enjoyed meeting Fernando during our included breakfast. He asked about our stay and wanted to ensure all of our needs were addressed. We already look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

We honeymooned here, & it was the most amazing location. Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night & waking up to that view every day = ICONIC So close to everything, the restaurants & cafes nearby were all incredible. I'll only say it would have been nice to be greeted as "honeymooners" on arrival.. maybe a glass of champagne on arrival etc like the rest of our trip has been through Europe over the last 3wks. It was a perfect and wonderful trip. During check-in, the Korean staff member kindly helped us, which made us feel very welcome. Thank you, CHAE! Morning, This was our first trip to Paris. Our room was great. The Pullmans hotel has a great view from the outside. Our breakfast was alway good. The servers was amazing. Haq, Vaithy, Mohan was amazing. Always taking care of us. Leonie, helpfull and amazing. Shes at the front desk. From walking you through how to get from one place to the other to anything that was needed, she was there. Customer services was top. Very kind. Thank you.

The breakfast experience was one of the highlights of our stay. The welcoming ambiance, excellent service, and attention to detail created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere every morning. Vaithy, Haq, and Mohan were outstanding, and their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care helped make the experience exceptional. The entire breakfast team deserves recognition for creating such a warm and inviting environment. We looked forward to breakfast each day and truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality.

Had a brief stay in Paris before we departed for southern France. My first time at the Pullman. Location is excellent, very close to two rail stations with numerous eateries and supermarkets around. Surely their spectacular Eiffel Tower view from hotel room! From reception to every other member of the staff, they're all helpful, friendly and professional so I'm pretty confused with some of the negative comments here. The room is sufficiently large, very clean. I had a fabulous stay here and will absolutely come again!

It was quite a nice first meal for our trip here in Paris! We particularly enjoyed the fresh oysters and the seabeam tartar, though the guinea fowl was not to our tastes. It was a lovely experience being served by Iryna with her cheerful attitude!

We have had a lovely stay at Pullman. I wanted to highlight the service from Mohammed Haq. He consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable, especially at meals when he has gone out of his way to cater to our dietary restrictions and preferences. Over multiple stays, he and the Pullman staff have made us feel at home and at peace after long days discovering Paris. An amazing experience!

Erwan was absolutely fantastic! He was very kind, professional, and helpful when choosing our food. He went the extra mile to surprise my wife for her birthday, which made our evening even more special. Thank you for the wonderful service and memorable experience. Highly recommended
