We were delighted with our meal! The welcome was very pleasant and friendly. Each dish offered its own surprises and subtle originality. We extend our congratulations once again to the entire kitchen team we met!

Excellent restaurant in every way: cuisine, service, ambiance, etc. The pairings are original, with powerful flavors, yet the dishes maintain a pleasant lightness. A truly remarkable skill, still rare even in fine dining today, in pairing non-alcoholic beverages. The service is perfect, just as we like it: attentive but not intrusive, knowledgeable about the specifics of the dishes, and friendly. The cuisine is precise, with many side dishes and a beautiful intensity of flavors. The place is very beautiful, minimalist, and yet very authentic. The tableware, made by the owner herself, is sublime, as are the vintage finds. A perfect experience; we'll be back!

I visited today. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. If there was a preference for the two chefs that was evident in the food served from start to finish, it was a preference for tangy and refreshing flavors. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and as a customer, I really appreciated that the chefs personally participated in the serving. The restaurant's interior also displayed outstanding consistency and balance. Every step was a feast for the eyes, and there were many culinary surprises. However, since the food preferences differed somewhat from our own, it is difficult to give the highest score for taste. The mix of various textures on every plate and the combination of sauces and ingredients were not bad, but the texture of the main fish and meat was a bit too soft, which seemed to be a slight flaw. The combinations on each plate were decent, but I'm not sure about the overall identity of the meal. Even for us, having lived in Paris for a long time, it felt a bit exotic. Looking at other reviews, people say the portions were small, but for us, it was a bit too much. We had the 6-step lunch set, but we would have been full enough on the 4-step set. At the end, I had to leave in such a rush because I was busy with work that I couldn't even say goodbye properly, but I wanted to tell you that it was a good time.
