Pain de Sucre’s pastries are exceptional. I'm always disappointed with pastries that are either overwhelmingly off-topic, either due to lack of technique, "freshness", or "balance". Here, nothing is wrong. Everything is just and subtle, intense when necessary (the melting texture of the lemon tart cream balances the strength of the lemon, the incredible rum in the pipette planted in the best of babas, the pistachio which finally made me love a strawberries tree). In short, perfect mastery of technique at the service of the best products. Well done and thank you.

J'habite le quartier depuis plus de 25 ans et là nous avons a faire a de vrai professionnelles Nathalie robert , et Didier mathray deux professionnels de la pâtisserie gastronomique ancien pâtissiers lui et son épouse chez Pierre gagner et beaucoup de distinctions dans la profession considéré comme l'une des meilleures pâtisserie de paris

20/07/2024: Very good restaurant. The 50 euro menu is expensive but not shocking. The dishes are copious, the address is close to the Champs Élysée and let's not forget that we enjoy the musicians, singers and dancers.
12/07/2024: Genuinely don't understand how this has so low of a rating. Food was phenomenal and very varied, service was friendly and quick to respond. Didn't have time to get a desert but the deserts looked fantastic too. Would recommend to anybody, particularly the Sujuk, which came with a glaze that I still remember to this day.

20/06/2024: Wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful place, and the pastries for tea service were all outstanding. The tea itself was really special and fragrant. The service was also very attentive and nice. Will definitely return next time I’m in Paris!
05/04/2024: For my daughter’s acceptance to College, we went to celebrate with High Tea at the Plaza Athénéee. Service was great, attentive and fast. It is interesting to eat in the hallway leading up to rooms, and from the photos, I was worried that we would be alone. However, it was packed when we were there, they were even turning people away. I was glad I had reservations. People were fashionable and looked great! My daughter’s hot chocolate was sweet and plentiful. My champagne cocktail was delicious. Sweets in the dessert tower were nice… but way too plentiful. We enjoyed them, but took half home. Maybe we should have split one; or taken something else instead of 2 towers. Be sure to have a full appetite before you go. I also love to people watch, so it was an interesting place to be.
