Pain Et Caetera sur Bordeaux

18/08/2026: Not very clean, and the organization is quite poorly thought out: no napkins on the trays, you have to go back downstairs to ask the person in charge of handing out orders, who is alone and overwhelmed; for the restrooms, you need a code that isn't printed on the receipt, so you have to go back down to the counter to ask the same overwhelmed person; there was an error in the order, so you had to go back downstairs and ask at the counter... in short, an average experience. Otherwise, it's a typical McDonald's

17/08/2026: McDonald's gets 3 stars, if everything is normal. This is the McDonald's on the main shopping street in Bordeaux, with ordering and the kitchen downstairs and seating upstairs. I didn't go there. Downstairs it was a bit of a mess. Also because the lady was shouting the order numbers in French, and apparently the French didn't understand her either. I missed the number display that many McDonald's have.
