The cakes are excellent, very fine.
Coffee also in a refined table service.
The welcome is very warm and attentive.
A very good place to have a delicious time.
One should praise good things,
Calling bad things by their names.
Here I would like to give praise and a recommendation.
Classic good confectionery art.
No frills. Fully focused on what constitutes real old French pastry art.
Our taste buds have gone on an incredible journey.
Thanks!
Il faut louer le bien,
Appeler le mauvais par son nom.
I'll give you a message and a recommendation.
The best pâtisserie classique.
Pas de fioritures. Entièrement concentré sur ce qui constitute l'authentique art de la pâtisserie française à l'ancienne.
Nos papilles gustatives ont fait un voyage incroyable.
Thank you!
Very nice owner, delicious food (although somewhat expensive for a Spaniard, cheap for France) and located on a quiet street.
Recommended to try local food but not for tourists.
As you also read in some other reviews, the owner/waitress is quite pushy to get you order more.
She directly showed me an upset face for not ordering a drink with my lunch; later with rather pushy tone asked me “which” cake i want and without pausing started to introduce them all to me. I fell for it and ordered one and found out later: it cost 7€!!! I mean it tastes good but is definitely overpriced.
I saw her complaining to a woman also that wanted to just drink a coffee, or kept pushing other tables doing the same thing.
So, it doesn’t make you feel good as a costumer knowing that this is her main focus.
