Authentic Afghan food, really good.

First Afghan restaurant experience, Sunday lunchtime. The interior was nicely decorated but dated, and the upstairs ceiling was a bit scary, even though it was covered by a fabric. The food was very good, appetizing, and fragrant. The gentleman who served us was very kind but not very young, so don't be in a hurry. Although we arrived first and there were fewer than 10 people in the restaurant, allow a good hour and a half just for a starter and main course. The modern music ruined the Afghan atmosphere. We would have preferred traditional music. The tablecloths were stained.

A wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere truly pleasant. We had a fantastic time last weekend: the dishes were delicious and expertly prepared. I highly recommend this place for the quality of its cuisine and impeccable service.
