Panasia Cap 3000 in Saint Laurent du Var, which I've been going to for a long time, has an undeniable advantage over many other sushi restaurants: its high customer traffic guarantees the freshness of the fish. That's all there is to it, and bon appétit, of course.

Panasia is, for me, the must-visit restaurant in Cap 3000. The food is always delicious and the service is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone try Panasia!

14/02/2026: Excellent service, very good sushi, and a location with plenty of shops and amenities (near the large Cap3000 shopping center). I would just suggest perhaps offering a new menu with more options to add variety. Compositions with fresh mango, for example, would be great, or other ingredient choices just to bring a little something new to the table. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, keep up the good work! 😉

15/02/2026: Another superb evening! From the reservation to the end of the meal, everything was perfect. The dining room is magnificent and immediately immerses you in the atmosphere of a truly authentic Asian restaurant. The dishes are delicious and consistently exceed our expectations. A huge thank you to the service team: attentive, respectful, and always with a smile and a touch of humor. This was our third visit, and we were just as impressed as before. See you very soon, and thank you to the entire team!
