Without even looking at the menu, ask for the delicious "Papelini," the local signature pizza, right at the entrance. Then, settle in and check out what else is available. If you don't want to bother with daily specials and happy hour options for lunch or dinner, and if you don't have a specific goal of eating French cuisine, go to this pizzeria. Firstly, there's always room, and secondly, you can simply have a delicious and affordable meal here. Pizza prices start at 11 euros. Get the signature pizza "according to Grandma Papelini's recipe"—it's delicious for only 17 euros. It's perfect for two, but if you're staying for a while, you'll finish it off slowly—it's so delicious and juicy. What's so special about this pizza? It's not round, but rather shaped like an envelope—a foccacia pizza. Right inside the thin crust is gooey mozzarella with a pure, milky flavor without the saltiness. And on top is a generous, juicy filling of thin, dry-cured ham, arugula, and stracciatella. A slice of tomato is also included for garnish. The ham is Parma, aged for 14 months, so the flavor is divine, especially when paired with the stracciatella, which perfectly counteracts the saltiness and spice. Their classic round pizza with various toppings is also very good, but this one is truly a masterpiece. There's no pasta here, but for hearty options, there are generous portions of lasagna, eggplant gratin, and cannelloni with ricotta and spinach. Plus, of course, salads and appetizers. And a wide variety of pizzas at varying prices. They have a variety of drinks, including non-alcoholic ones (both beer and cocktails). And, of course, the traditional free water. The staff is very nice and helpful. They also have large, beautiful plates. There's plenty of seating: some inside and some outside with ashtrays. We keep an eye on things outside and don't be alarmed by beggars (this applies to any restaurant in this area). We also remember that you can order pizza to go (and it seems the whole neighborhood takes advantage of this – delivery drivers and locals pop in every now and then for takeaway orders).

This restaurant is simply fantastic! I highly recommend it. From the service to the food, everything is top-notch. The pizzas are delicious and served with complimentary water and tasty pizza bread. I will fondly remember this culinary experience. However, the ambiance isn't quite as appealing. The restaurant is located on a street frequented by many beggars and appears quite run-down and unpleasant. We were also approached by beggars several times, which can be uncomfortable and even a little frightening in the evenings. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would go back to this restaurant again and again because the food is simply too good to miss.
