Classic, but tasty. Quick preparation, smooth delivery. However, I wish the "mini-dose" of wasabi (which is already quite small) were more substantial. Online ordering could be improved: offer a choice between wasabi and ginseng (which I don't like) with two checkboxes (perhaps in the extras section?). Easy to do.
