We had chosen this Asian restaurant as our favorite. We would come here to recharge during our work breaks. The welcome is polite but rather cold and curt. You get the feeling you have to be quick to choose, but hey, you come here to be served quickly and eat well.
As for the food, we were never disappointed. It's excellent, very refined! We love the daily special.
However, we were disappointed on our last visit: the menus have all changed. You have the choice between all-you-can-eat (still €25) or the daily special (€16.50). Alternatively, you can order noodles and rice (chicken, beef, or shrimp for €14.50) as a separate dish. The woman told us that this change was due to difficulties in the kitchen regarding the variety of choices. The daily special has gone up from €15.50 to €16.50, and now if you want dessert, it costs €2, and desserts are unlimited...
In short, we enjoyed our meal but were disappointed by the menu change, which used to offer more options.
We thanked the waitress who kindly agreed to accommodate us and make a few changes to our daily special, but she was then berated by the chef in front of all the other customers... Quite an embarrassing moment...
In summary, delicious food, superb setting, fast service, but a menu change and price increase that give pause for thought, and a welcome that, while polite, was rather cold and curt.

Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet, just one small drawback: the price has increased significantly in recent years. This can be explained by the quality of the food.

An immersive atmosphere and a very varied menu, except for the desserts which lack a bit of originality and flavor. Ordering via the app and table service is convenient and efficient for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

We come quite often, and everything is truly excellent. You can tell the quality of the food is a bit better than typical all-you-can-eat buffets.
The staff is always very pleasant.
The wait time is reasonable.
A nice bonus is the parking ticket, which makes parking quite easy and free.

All-you-can-eat menu for €25. Desserts are extra. No real main course, just sushi-shaped fritters to share. Table service is provided; it's decent, but not amazing. Nice decor, but a bit dark.

Regular customer, excellent for all-you-can-eat Japanese. Absolutely nothing like the others

I love this restaurant. I discovered it a little over a year ago, and I come all the way from Cambrai specifically to eat there.

Honestly, not great…
The two- and three-star reviews are totally justified. Damn, I should have read them before coming…
The only positive point was the decor and the atmosphere.
As for the rest, nothing I ate was good.
I ordered California rolls, supposedly a new item… frankly, they were awful. The rice was too soggy; you couldn't even taste the avocado and salmon inside. There was an excess of some kind of mayonnaise/American-style sauce that ruined everything.
Then, I ordered spring rolls. The worst I've ever had. They tasted like stale oil… a measly lettuce leaf and not even any spring roll sauce…
The chicken skewer was really bad too, completely squashed, nothing like the menu picture. I made the mistake of ordering white rice… and even that wasn't good…
And to top it all off, yes, I decided to punish myself, I ordered a glass of red wine… no choice of wine, it must be one of those places where they just throw everything in… horrible…
Well, the good news is, there isn't any, because I paid 27 bucks for it!
No mistake on the bill, but the experience cost me dearly!
Definitely avoid this place!

Paradis 221 restaurant in Lille is a wonderful discovery for lovers of Asian cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the stir-fried beef with vegetables, which was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. The service was pleasant, especially thanks to Lina, a smiling waitress who took the time to advise us. The modern decor, with its red lanterns and Asian touches, creates a warm atmosphere. A friendly place where you can have a great time enjoying delicious food.
