The waitress we had was super pleasant, however the pizza was mediocre, the artichokes didn't taste great. Too bad I've already eaten better in this restaurant, I was disappointed!

14/12/2024: I had a pleasant time in this restaurant. I thank the team for their welcome and especially the manager Déborah, who satisfied her customers, attentive, very commercial, very kind. We need people like that these days, it’s very important to have a good evening with those around you. This McDonald's definitely deserves 5 stars
06/12/2024: When you order either inside or at the drive-thru, you wait at least 20 minutes, even if you go there at 11 a.m. or 1 p.m.

08/12/2025: Always pleasant, always smiling, and very accommodating: I asked for a duck moricette, but since they were out, the lady went and made me one. Thank you very much. Burnhaupt has a lot to learn from Bessoncourt; two places I visit from time to time, but from now on I'll stop in Bessoncourt...nothing to complain about, everything is perfect.
27/11/2025: How lovely to be welcomed with such joy and good cheer! I've only been coming since Tuesday after my disappointment at Caput. I wish I'd been disappointed with that chain sooner so I could have gone to Poulaillon first... The welcome, the service, the interaction too—you ladies are perfect! You'll be seeing me regularly now. 🙂
