The place is nice, very calm, very nice rooms, friendly staff, everything is good except for eating there, there are not many people and only 2 dishes to choose from, very expensive for what you eat, and you also have to eat too early dinner, you don't have much time, it's the same with breakfast, it's not bad but the schedules are not good, we have been to many hotels and this is the first time we have encountered this, my recommendation is to arrive at the hotel already eaten, In addition, it is the first time that they tell us to leave before 11:00 am, otherwise I really liked the tranquility, cleanliness and very beautiful..

A lovely place. The girl at the reception is very friendly and attentive, she explained everything to me in Spanish to make my reservation easier. Very clean, cozy and very well equipped rooms. Very quiet and friendly to animals, my two dogs spent the night with me and we slept great. Thank you very much, we will repeat for sure 💚

An excellent stopover between Bordeaux and the Basque Country. Magali and Séverine welcome you in a very friendly spirit. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with brand new bedding. Don't hesitate to stay for dinner to taste the homemade pizzas or the specialties of the South-West. I highly recommend !

Typical Landes hotel, very warm welcome, large adjoining car park. Very close to the motorway, very quiet, in the middle of the pines. Comfortable room with good bedding, functional bathroom, convenience tray and bottle of water, TV and WiFi. Quality breakfast. We had dinner there and enjoyed the meal (duck confit) The little extra, the kindness and efficiency of the owner...all this for a reasonable price. To be renewed as soon as the weather is favorable for the opening of the swimming pool. I recommend, without hesitation, this establishment.

Pros: 2 km right off the main road. Dogs allowed and welcomed with a small charge. Was able to see my packed auto right out the window. Room was very nice despite having an animal. Climate controlled room and shutters to close off the outside lights. Breakfast was small but well done. Cons: Water took extremely long to get warm. I thought I was going to waste the city's supply waiting for it to get warm😳 The rooms could be insulated better, as my neighbour had a cough the whole night.. Definitely recommend for a weary traveller with or without animals.

31/03/2024: The Hôtel (and restaurant) is a traditional, unpretentious, hotel run by a wonderful couple Marina and Wilfried. They offer a warm welcome and despite us arriving late (car had broken down on A63) importantly after the kitchen had closed, still offered us delicious regional cooking. Wilfried is the genius in the kitchen, all the items from the menu were simply delicious and would cost at least double in a London restaurant. The hotel itself is a 10 minute drive off the motorway exit and ideally located for exploring the beautiful countryside or simply stopping on the way to or from Spain. But I'd encourage you to linger, it is a simply beautiful part of the world. Marina mentioned she'd worked in Ireland and also London and I can see why she returned. Lesperon is a haven of peace, tranquility is close to stunning countryside and just over 20 minutes from the beach at Cap-de-l'Homy. Helpful to know the hotel provides free wifi that works without you having to pass over email contact details etc. and it has ample parking. The closest station is Morcenx about an hour from Bordeaux.
07/03/2024: I can't rate the rooms because I only had the meal there, for which there is nothing to complain about! Top service and very pleasant surroundings!
