We come to Sète regularly. What a joy when we managed to get a table at Paris-Mediterranean!! A treat for the taste buds. Restaurant in a small street in Sete with a patio. The menu is seasonal. It was a great discovery between the squid broth with sobressade and the octopus and fennel carpaccio. A menu with an explosion of flavors. I recommend.

A very pleasant experience. Especially when you have the chance to enjoy the patio.
The cuisine is as the restaurant indicates...Mediterranean...but with application and the desire to be fair and delicate with flavors and accompaniments.
The cost is a blatant component and sublimated by traditional know-how combined with inventive and balanced readjustment.
The bonito and its accompaniment of Paimpol coconut beans with basil is a delight.
I took the time to write you this assessment and I do not regret it in any way because the establishment deserves it.
Very good work to the whole team. Service as kitchen.

Superb experience on the patio (take mosquito repellent in summer). The service was impeccable, the waitresses attentive and know their menus. Very nice discovery of wines, thank you! High quality starters and dishes. (Interesting and original desserts but perhaps lacking a little balance but I'm quibbling 🫣)
We highly recommend and will return.

The rear garden is very welcoming, providing a peaceful and pleasant setting. Additionally, the wine selection is remarkable, offering perfect pairings for each dish. An address that I highly recommend!

A pretty patio that gets noisy once all the customers are seated.
Service too slow, 1 hour between our arrival and the main course. Even in good company when we are hungry, we stamp our feet.
Good Mediterranean cuisine, too expensive though. I know restaurants that are just as good or even better and less expensive.
