a real good restaurant in the city, a little away from the tourists, a patio with an exotic decor, warm and quite intimate allowing you to have a pleasant time!

Very nice, very friendly welcome. Nice bistro style place. Excellent meal plus we drink a lot of natural wine without sulphites.

Evening meal for 4 adults and a teenager. Very good red and white wine. Lemonade taken by teenager. Menu of three starters, dishes of your choice (specialty squid, fish of the day and poultry paupiette). The dishes were all chosen and are excellent. Very good bread. Very good time

The restaurant's reviews led us to reserve a table for 5 people. However, we were surprised as soon as we entered the restaurant, the atmosphere was just as cold as the staff, the menus and single dishes are quite expensive for the quantity and quality served. 27€ for a single dish, cold for the lamb, and very light for the fish dish remains very excessive. The squid with soubrossade were nevertheless the only dish that was tasty and reasonable in quantity. The waiting time is 1 hour between each dish, without explanation, without excuse, without even passing by our table once. Which led us to leave even before dessert. During the bill, not a word from the waiters just a good evening. I currently do not recommend this restaurant.

A wonderful dining experience in the back streets of Sète. We sat in the charming courtyard behind the restaurant. The food, wine and service were all outstanding. The portion sizes are perfect.

Accueil sympathique mais cuisine pas à la hauteur de l’addition. Seiche servi avec risotto qui n’en est pas un Le dessert sorbet pêche avec soupe de basilic insipide aucun goût Mon mari avait commandé la tarte de l’ardoise aux mirabelles on lui a servi une tarte aux figues. Propreté des sols et des toilettes laisse à désirer. Dommage le patio est agréable

Restaurant L'Amphore

30/11/2024: Great restaurant where you eat very well with good products. Warm welcome and impeccable service. We were made very welcome with our little dog. Plus attractive value for money.
06/11/2024: Easier to find tourist-friendly restaurants with average quality products than a little nugget like this one. Quality products, homemade, copious plates, homemade fries (it's still better than frozen fries), you can feel that even the sauces are worked and not just vacuum-packed like with some restaurateurs. Excellent service. Great discovery. Thank you for entertaining us. Happy holidays.
