We thoroughly enjoyed our family meal, both for the warm welcome and the delicious food. We were able to dine outside. I highly recommend it.

We discovered this restaurant thanks to its excellent Google reviews. We have absolutely no complaints; we ordered the set lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Excellent value for money. You can go there without hesitation.

Who would have thought that on the modest road between Lavaur and Gaillac, one would find an establishment of this caliber? We can only offer praise for the professional, attentive, and personalized service, as well as for the inspired and perfectly executed cuisine. UPDATE 02/05/26 Here's an unusual review: updated 4 years after my first review of this restaurant! Well, everything is still just as impeccable! We eat there whenever we can. The service: impeccable, with great precision and a level of expertise rarely found elsewhere. And then, the food... Always a delight, and I mean it! Le Rétro is a place where you truly enjoy yourself, where you savor every bite, where the cuisine skillfully blends originality, experience, and tradition. The menu is regularly updated, much to our delight! There are few establishments like this one; go check it out, it's really worth it. They know how to stand out, you won't be disappointed!! ------------------- UPDATE 10/11/22 New menu, very tempting, we want to try everything! Highly professional management. ------------------- Just opened. I tried the pizzas, which were very good and very generously topped! The wine list was well-chosen. The desserts were delicious; I can't wait to come back and try the other dishes. It's great to have a restaurant in Parisot.
