Excellent restaurant with a fantastic menu of incredibly delicious dishes. The staff is extremely friendly (especially the two young waiters) and takes the time to explain the dishes and their ingredients. The lovely terrace, complete with misters and a large fan, allows you to dine outdoors despite the heat. The gourmet coffee was sublime: the best I've ever tasted, with generous portions of desserts. A must-try on Place Paoli in Corte. A truly wonderful experience guaranteed.

Excellent restaurant with a lovely location! The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious! The restaurant's location is perfect, offering a delightful view of a charming town center. As for the timing, the servers were very friendly, the service was quick, and the dishes we ordered at lunchtime met our expectations perfectly! We were delighted to spend some time at this establishment to end our visit. Thank you again!
