I rarely give 5 stars but I would say it's almost worth it. Corsican menu with terrine duo and Corsican charcuterie Veal with olives and cannelloni with brocciu Corsican cheese A delight With a very good welcome

Excellent restaurant in Corte! We had a wonderful time at Pascal Paoli. The dishes were delicious and excellent value for money. The portions were generous and the ingredients were high quality. A big thank you also to our waiter, Zack, who was very friendly and professional throughout the meal. A particularly appreciated touch: at the end of the meal, the owner offered us two melon liqueurs. A lovely gesture that perfectly concluded this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Corte!

Fantastic experience! A huge thank you to Zack for his warm welcome and kindness; the service was truly excellent. Special mention to the owner who offered us liqueurs at the end of the meal – a very thoughtful touch. We'll definitely be back!

A very welcoming and attentive team, true professionals, the likes of which are rare. The restaurant is perfectly suited for babies. The food was equally excellent; we will definitely return.
