Everything is perfect at Pascaline's! It's a rediscovery of childhood flavors in a warm setting where the napkins are cloth and the main course is piping hot. A huge congratulations to the chef and his team. The service is impeccable: warm, pleasant, attentive, and efficient. Thank you so much!

Discovered by chance while strolling around, it's a place seemingly untouched by time, a truly traditional broth, the likes of which are hard to find these days. Add to that a young and very efficient staff. The food was also very good, and the value for money was excellent.

This isn't our first time at Pascaline's. The only suggestion would be to improve the leek mimosa by adding leek hearts. That would make it even more delicious. Otherwise, the welcome and service are excellent. I highly recommend this establishment.

Our gathering of seven friends at Pascaline's was very enjoyable: comfortably seated in a somewhat secluded spot, attentive and friendly service, excellent classic cuisine, and a warm atmosphere and decor.

02/05/2026: We sat down randomly. What a pleasant surprise! The dishes were generous and delicious. Finally, a restaurant that caters to children: a freshly ground butcher's steak, homemade fries, a drink, and dessert. Perfect! Our 11-year-old son was thrilled! And so were we! The chicken salad was a generous portion and excellent, and the quiche Lorraine was perfect—thick and creamy! Fantastic! Special mention also goes to the waiter for his thoughtful touches, like putting my wife's egg in my dish (she didn't want it) and adding extra custard to the enormous floating island with its crunchy caramel dome! Absolutely fantastic! Keep up the good work… I'll be recommending you to my friends if I'm passing through Rouen!
