Delicious Italian food in a beautiful setting with very friendly service!

Very good restaurant, beautiful presentation and quality products, pleasant setting. Only drawbacks: the portions were a little small and the wait was long.

We had a wonderful time in this charming place, with a warm welcome and delicious food!

I'm trying to understand the average rating of 4.8. I appreciate the ambiance and commend the chef for her recipes, which deserve a 5. I loved entering through the kitchens. As for the rest, a few comments: Does a pasta dish really cost €24? Does a €12 spritz really require two tons of ice cubes? At €12, can we get a small tasting olive like the other tables? I love the photos of Japanese women, but are we in an Italian restaurant? Can we get a spoon to eat the pasta? I have other suggestions. This leaves plenty of room for improvement for such a lovely place.

An excellent place to eat in Aigues-Mortes! We had lunch at Pasta Bar as a family—my wife, children, and friends—and we all had a wonderful time. David and Sébastien gave us a particularly warm and friendly welcome. The setting is lovely, the atmosphere convivial, and we immediately felt at ease. The food was also a very pleasant surprise: delicious, generous portions, beautifully presented. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! A fantastic discovery that we highly recommend. We will gladly return on our next visit to Aigues-Mortes. Thank you again to David and Sébastien for this wonderful experience!

Absolutely delicious! So many great dishes, all expertly prepared. From pasta to desserts and cocktails, everything was fantastic. A pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in a pedestrian alley. Highly recommended.
