I don't know the name of the gentleman who served me on Monday, February 16th at 7:10 pm, but he was full of energy, bursting with enthusiasm. Very pleasant, he deserves his rating.

Axel the seller gave my sister and me a very warm welcome and gave us excellent advice throughout the sale. The chicken, goat cheese and honey fougasse was excellent, and the accompanying potatoes and cheese fingers were equally excellent, not to mention the pistachio éclair and the love donut, which are excellent desserts.
