Patàpain sur Nevers

I regularly come in right when they open to have breakfast before going to work. The service is always perfect; I'm always warmly welcomed in a calm atmosphere, a great way to start the day.

I really like Patapain bread. They also make good brioches.

I've been to Patapain before for a break. But learning what happens on the pig farms that supply them completely changed my experience. The piglets are mutilated at birth: tails docked and teeth ground down, and the breeding sows spend half their lives in cages, prevented from standing: a living hell! Pigs are intelligent and sensitive animals: this cruelty shocks me and now prevents me from returning to Patapain with any peace of mind.

Thank you Clara and Taylor. My friend and I were very well received :)

A little pricey, but I think this place is good; it's a shame the staff lack smiles.

PATAPAIN NEVERS BOUQUILLARD very friendly team always welcoming with a big smile, fast service at the same time.

I've been eating there often for a long time, and I'm always satisfied with the food and the consistently friendly staff, which makes for a really pleasant and relaxed meal. And finally, Clara is absolutely fantastic, always smiling, funny, and does a great job; it's a truly enjoyable and pleasant experience to eat there.

Clara, the saleswoman, was professional, very pleasant, and very attentive to needs.

A lot of waiting for a limited choice

I arrived at closing time, but the door was locked. However, a kind young woman and man opened it so I could get what I needed. Thank you again for this thoughtful gesture; it's so rare these days.
