New name. The pastry shop has been bought. It’s called: Maison Alglave. I had the privilege of a small tasting. The pastries are excellent, innovative flavor combinations and prices comparable to competitors. I also appreciate the salespeople for their patience in the face of difficult choices on which pastry I was going to choose.
