Pâtisserie Chocolaterie TB sur Saint-Nazaire

After enjoying the Christmas logs, we absolutely loved the caramelized apple galette today! As always with TB, never disappointed!

The 2026 "white" galette is very good, but those from previous years were exceptional!

I had stopped coming to TB a while ago, simply because the service no longer made me want to return. Since the change in management, it's a completely different experience. The welcome is now warm, attentive, and professional. You feel listened to, respected, and above all, welcome, which makes all the difference. As for the pastries, they're a real gem: delicious, delicate, generous, and above all, unique creations. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and you can taste the expertise and passion behind each pastry. Honestly, these are flavors you won't find anywhere else. I'm so glad I gave this chocolate shop another chance, and I happily return today. A wonderful improvement, congratulations to the new team, and long live TB Saint-Nazaire! (They used to have a nougat cake with chocolate; it was excellent. It's a real shame they don't offer it anymore, because it was a true treasure.)

Looking for a Baked Alaska, I was recommended TB. So we tried it for Christmas. They serve gluten-free products. What a delight! Exquisite taste, very high quality.

The best pain au chocolat in Saint-Nazaire. Because there are three delicious chocolate bars and the bottom of the bread is crispy. The bread is heavy, no exaggeration. Excellent pain au chocolat!!! Hehehe. Right now, the raspberry and pistachio croissants are a great idea for sharing with colleagues to start the day off right.

Tonight, I can't find the usual flavor of the Armoricain pastry. It's true that raw materials and energy costs are rising, but seriously, prices are becoming considerably high across the board for all pastries, and no, the increase in raw material costs doesn't justify everything. The presentation is there, but the quality is declining. I'm disappointed. You'll find the best apple turnover in Saint-Nazaire there. The staff has finally been replaced because the last two young saleswomen were becoming unbearable with customers. The manager: perhaps shy, which can give the impression that the customers exasperate her! There are few quality establishments in Saint-Nazaire: TB is one of them, but keep up the good work: price, quantity, quality. Thank you.

A superb chocolate and pastry shop! The products are as beautiful as they are delicious, with truly refined flavors. The chocolate is of exceptional quality, and the cakes are always fresh and delicious. The staff is welcoming and friendly; you can feel their passion for their craft. I highly recommend it!
