Pâtisserie Confiserie Jacques sur Mulhouse

Friendly and professional staff. Not convinced by some products. The marbled cake and the crottin were not refined enough for my taste for the brand. However, certain pastries such as the Black Forest for example are very good. I'm also less of a fan of the layout of this Jacques boutique compared to others.

Pâtisserie à la hauteur de sa réputation. Le "chouchou" est un pur délice. Néanmoins accueil très moyen. Un sourire ne mange pas de pain !

A very beautiful confectionery pastry. It is a feast for the eyes as much as for the taste buds. The place is friendly and the waitresses are very smiling. A delight!

But what is happening at the Jacques pastry shop... no more rolls at 8:20 a.m. on a Thursday morning....

Salon de thé fort agréable et le macaron framboise/pistache y est excellent. Malheureusement un thé délicat est servi dans une énorme tasse en terre cuite d'un contenant d'au moins 350ml! Il faut deux mains pour la soulever. Le service est plutôt détaché pour ne pas dire froid et désinteressé.
