The desserts are really delicious, the front is nice, I didn't have to wait in line because I went early in the morning. I think the coffee is served cold, so I deducted points for that.

Great tea room at the foot of Colmar Cathedral with a lovely terrace, excellent pastries, delicious desserts, and very friendly staff. Our waitress, Eléonore, was very kind and professional. See you soon!

Locals also go here to eat. Very authentic. Simple. Very good.

We only made a quick stop here for dessert and a coffee. The wait was long; the place was busy, but the food was delicious. The restrooms were very clean.

The best croissants I've ever had, the service was quite good, but one of the waitresses was very rushed and it ended up being a bit overwhelming.

Best pain au chocolat I ever had. Other pastries and cakes are also great. They’re friendly and helpful and speak a little bit of English. Location is also great, outdoor seating next to the cathedral. Much recommended!

What a treat! At first, we were hesitant to go in, given the other comments about the staff's welcome and friendliness. We were greeted by a smiling and very pleasant young woman (a woman with several piercings). We were pleasantly surprised at first. Due to a misunderstanding (probably mutual), we were waiting for a second hot chocolate because our first order hadn't been served yet. Another waitress asked this woman, "What are they waiting for?" with a level of politeness that was truly... I've never seen anything like it. It made us uncomfortable. Why not address the customers directly and courteously? I think the comments are mostly directed at this particular person (tanned, with fairly long dark hair). Perhaps it's time to change jobs if you don't like it! In any case, a big thank you to this person who made this experience so wonderful and enjoyable! As soon as we're back in Colmar, we'll definitely return! The blueberry tart was DELICIOUS 😋

Mr. Clergue, the professional attire of one of your cooks leaves much to be desired, as does the state of the restrooms, which tarnishes the image you project of your tea room. Furthermore, when a waitress clears a table, she should clean it; that's the bare minimum. Some of them lack a smile. In short, a reminder of proper etiquette is necessary.
