Patisserie Confiserie Salon The Clergue J-C, France sur Colmar

The pastries are excellent, especially the apple-almond tart, the kirsch biscuit, and the cheese biscuit... However, our last visit was disastrous. We were turned away by a waitress on the pretext that the restaurant was full. These things happen, and we should have made a reservation, but there are more polite ways and a more courteous tone to use when informing loyal Colmar customers of over 30 years. Thankfully, not all the staff are so condescending.

For a break during sightseeing, a light lunch, or coffee and cake – this is always the right place. Right next to the cathedral. The menu du jour is highly recommended.

In a very beautiful spot in the city, it has very nice sweets and ice creams. The service is fast and polite and the prices are very good.

A very cozy café with friendly service. The blueberry meringue cake was simply fantastic – fresh, fruity, and with a wonderfully light meringue. One of the best cakes we ate on our trip. Highly recommended!

Clermont is one of my favorite places since I arrived in Colmar. I would love to be hired in a place like that. Everything is great, the place is clean and chill, the service is very welcoming, always with a smile and very respectful, and the boss is also very friendly. I honestly think I would be in a team like that, but I would never change jobs again.

It's located in front of Saint Martin's Church, so you can see it from there. The cake bread was just average, but it was nice to relax and enjoy breakfast while looking at the church.
