The selection is varied, there's something for everyone, and each creation seems crafted with great finesse and expertise. The welcome is warm and very friendly. A perfect spot for a sweet treat or a refined moment over tea. I highly recommend it, but be aware, it's not for every budget.

I've been a customer for over 20 years, since in high school we used to buy pastries there when we'd saved up a little pocket money. These days I only go very occasionally, whereas just three years ago I was going every week… but the €1 price increase on almost every pastry, every three months for the last two or three years, really makes me think they're taking advantage of the customer. Has there been such a radical change in the products themselves? It doesn't seem so to me; the signature pastries are more or less the same. So, the price increase for the ingredients is understandable, but then how do you explain that many high-quality pastry shops in the area don't have the same price point at all? They sometimes use much more refined piping techniques or trompe-l'œil effects, requiring real pastry expertise, unlike the cookie niche you're exploiting, and their prices are higher than Cédric Grolet's. The same goes for your doughnuts: €6.50 for a pistachio doughnut when Cédric Grolet offers a pistachio croissant doughnut in Paris for €5.50! Of course, you'll tell me he sells in quantity, but what about you? Do you make them just to throw them away? Because I doubt your pastries always find a buyer since they're not affordable for everyone. And for those who can afford them—and I'll speak for myself—I can spend without counting if it's worth it, but when others come along or surpass your level and sell their products for €3 less each, I'm sorry, but I come to buy a pastry, not to take out a bank loan. I really hope you'll see reason (the post about the manala in December already gave you bad publicity for people who didn't know you, and I think you lowered your price; yes, €4.50 for a manala is shocking, and that's understandable!).

I popped in for a Viennese coffee (the whipped cream was excellent) and a chestnut tart, which was absolutely delicious. I deducted a star for the prices. €8.50 for a chestnut tart?? I'm still doing the math in my head, and I have to admit that almost 60 francs is outrageous... The switch to the euro has certainly benefited some people 😱😱

A wide selection of pastries, as delicious as they are beautiful. There's something for everyone. Not to mention the macarons, which are simply divine.

The product was high quality but very expensive. I ordered a croque monsieur, but I couldn't eat it because it contained truffle, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the display case. The service was pleasant and the staff friendly.

While passing through Gebviller, we ordered: Two main courses: Scallops and Arctic char And two desserts: Strawberry cake and chestnut tart, Simply excellent! Bravo!
