06/04/2024: Sorry for this comment but I've known better!!! I would no longer move from a new village to Guebwiller for that!!! Experience a bit of noise in the room 😃 but the meal was worth it!!! To this day having eaten yesterday what a disappointment fried carp ooh the just soft potato 😟 and burnt carp mayonnaise no taste!!! As a bonus it was my birthday and in my memories just excellent carp preferred coming to Guebwiller than to the Sundgau 😕 what a disappointment!!! Put it back. YOU. In question !! I have much more delicious memories 🤐😉

23/03/2024: My girlfriend and I had a great evening at Restaurant Du Cercle Saint Leger. We took advantage of the unlimited mussels and fries option and it was a real treat! The mussels were fresh and delicious, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The service was impeccable. The boss is really great, with a lot of humor and sympathy. The chef is also very friendly and approachable, and the waitresses are adorable and attentive. The atmosphere was friendly and warm, and we had a truly unforgettable time. For sure, we will definitely go back!

22/03/2024: Correction based on advice from Marvin Keupon from a customer who was part of the table of 17 people. For Marvin's meal there was an order error. Error of the person who made the reservation and not the staff. His plate was ready after 15 minutes. (but sir doesn't like to wait.) Normal waiting time, for ideal cooking of quality and fresh product. As for the professionalism of the staff, I find them very competent. (the proof, I go back from time to time) Afterwards, out of 17 people, 16 appreciated “nothing more to say” I recommend this establishment to everyone, because the welcome and the meals are excellent.

21/03/2024: 50 minutes to serve a table of 17 people who had ordered their menu IN THE MORNING. (There were almost 30 people covered this afternoon) Yet nothing extraordinary on the menu, nothing complicated either. (fries, chicken) The plates which arrive slowly, the first served had already finished when the "last" plates arrived. I'm not afraid to say it, there is a big lack of professionalism in this establishment. I can't judge the food, seeing as it took them almost an hour to serve, to have the immense joy of being the only one eating when everyone else had already finished, out of the question! I left on an empty stomach, annoyed at waiting for my plate! A FIRST ! Not everyone can call themselves a restaurateur! What people say, for the price, it's clearly not worth it (frozen fries, chicken drumsticks, sauce stick) In short, avoid giving your money to people who deserve it and who respect you.
