01/09/2026: Friendly welcome, good food, beer not great. Wine not bad. Friendly service. The terrace is cozy, thanks to a huge old sequoia tree and the "manager," La Katz. I won't describe the food in detail, as others have already done so. Booking via Google works perfectly! In short: we'd rather go to Restaurant Du Cercle Saint Legere than try our luck somewhere where no one answers the phone or is always fully booked. You can eat well here!

25/08/2026: A must-visit restaurant in Guebwiller, renowned for its cuisine, ambiance, and service. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the garden and bamboo grove, especially after a leisurely stroll. Reservations are recommended.

24/08/2026: Traditional cuisine and flavorful, generous, and beautifully presented dishes, with two side dishes included. The beer and honey roasted pork knuckle was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the original beer and honey sauce complemented it perfectly. The ice cream sundaes were as beautiful as they were delicious. The staff was attentive, helpful, and smiling. The shaded garden provided a very pleasant green setting, and the good spacing between tables ensured a peaceful atmosphere, despite the presence of two large groups celebrating birthdays. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality. Parking is very easy thanks to the free customer parking lot.

06/09/2026: The welcome was cold and with no desire to make customers feel comfortable. We left... which led us to discover another restaurant nearby that delighted us and welcomed us properly. We spent a wonderful, quiet evening on the terrace... but not at the tavern.

30/08/2026: Avoid this place! Three hours spent waiting for a meal, a personal touch, and unpleasant service. The food was passable.

06/09/2026: A delightful discovery by chance: Bratzala in Guebwiller. A warm welcome and impeccable service, all delivered with good humor by the owners. An excellent meal featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients! From aperitif to dessert, everything was perfect! We will gladly return! A lovely, impromptu Saturday evening in September on a charming terrace was a real treat. See you soon!

02/09/2026: If there's one restaurant in Guebwiller I always return to with pleasure, it's Le Bratzala. Once again, I wasn't disappointed! Dinner was truly excellent, with superb regional dishes, and the service was quick, attentive, and very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone passing through Guebwiller who wants to spend a pleasant time in a calm, charming, and picturesque setting. A sure bet!

09/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant. Generosity perfectly describes this establishment, from the food to the waitress and the chef. We had a very pleasant time. A visit is a must for food lovers.

30/08/2026: The non-alcoholic cocktail was refreshing. The Peking duck was delicious. The chef's noodles were a generous portion, almost a meal in themselves. The beef with fresh chilies was cooked to perfection. A beautiful lacquered screen hung at the back of the room. A large aquarium housed numerous goldfish. A lovely glass chandelier illuminated the space. The service was friendly and the prices very reasonable. I made a full video about the atmosphere and the food at this restaurant! 10/08/2026: We come to eat on the terrace after work. The menu has a good selection. The service is quick. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and energetic.

18/08/2026: Having tasted three pastries from the official supplier to the Élysée Palace on rue Losserand in Paris (photo of President Macron displayed in the shop), I can tell you that Dany Husser's pastries far surpass them! Four different tastings recently, and four incomparable taste discoveries, especially the one with black sesame!

28/06/2026: Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We are very happy that your hotel has thought of everything, including convenient parking nearby for a large tourist coach. Now we know exactly where our groups can stop on the way from Paris to Switzerland without worrying about finding a place for the bus. Everything was excellent: the hotel is quiet, comfortable, and very well organized. The air conditioning works gently and pleasantly, without blowing cold air directly at you. The town is peaceful and lovely, and we are truly glad we found your hotel. We will be happy to choose you again and we wish you many kind and happy guests.
