Shrimp fritters with crispy rice, real shrimp inside. Bun Cha, a very hearty and different dish. The roast chicken in coconut juice, so incredible that I forgot to take a photo. Tips: Roast chicken in coconut juice, nothing to say.

Being a big fan of Bún Chả, it is to date the closest to what you can find in Hanoi that I would have found in France. It might just be missing the smoky BBQ taste of the marinated pork ribs, if we want to be fussy… But really, it’s very good. I haven't tasted the rest yet because I'm Bún Chả-adict 🫣

28/09/2024: Great choice on the menu, top flavors for not too much money. I would happily go back. Various soups, noodles cut with a knife or by hand, spicy or not, shrimp ravioli or steamed appetizers, an excellent restaurant.
