17/08/2026: The crepes are very sparsely filled. The idea behind using fewer ingredients isn't about price, but rather about being able to enjoy three ingredients that complement each other well. In my opinion, all crepes should be the same price, or at least have similarly generous fillings, regardless of the number of ingredients chosen. The crepe should feel generously filled, have volume, and not be flat or limp on the plate. Regarding the salmon/shrimp crepe, I have a question: why add an "s" to "shrimp" when there's only one on the crepe? The whole point of a shrimp crepe is to have several shrimp inside, especially when they're fresh, locally sourced, and probably don't cost an arm and a leg. The shrimp is supposed to be a real ingredient in the crepe, not just a decoration placed on top. Aside from that, the staff is friendly, helpful, and pleasant.
