Patisserie Duche sur Chablis

Good quality bread. Hats off to the pastries: the croissants are perfectly buttery and crispy. The pain au chocolat are enormous and just as delicious.

The best bakery in the world, hands down. Exceptional pastries, it has that old-fashioned charm, with religieuses, acorns, tarts, éclairs, and more... Generous portions! The bread is delicious, the prices are more than reasonable, it's worth the trip when you're in Chablis. You'll also find the must-try Duché de Chablis biscuits there. The viennoiseries are truly excellent; we didn't have enough time in a week to try everything! The two ladies who work there are gems, always smiling and welcoming. We can't wait to come back next year from the Var region. A huge thank you again for your warm welcome. P.S.: The gougères are also to die for!
